Issue 3 - 2015
Greetings from Surana and Surana, India.
The concept of well-known marks has been gradually picking up in the sub-continent with the popular dairy brand Amul recently being entered in the Well Known Marks Register of the Indian Trade Marks Registry. YellowBox brings to you analyses of the said Register vis-à-vis the provisions of well known marks under the Trade Marks Act, 1999.
This edition also covers two articles, one on ‘Open Innovation’ by our fellow patron Viknesh, India, and another on ‘Trademark Co-existence Agreement’ by our Patrons Mr. Oscar A. Mago Carranza and colleagues, Peru
In the spotlight, we bring to you snippet about the unsung Indian Hero on ‘The “Raman” Effect. .
Enjoy the YellowBox experience.
