The concept of well-known marks has been gradually picking up in the sub-continent with the popular dairy brand Amul recently being entered in the Well Known Marks Register of the Indian Trade Marks Registry. YellowBox brings to you analyses of the said Register vis-à-vis the provisions of well known marks under the Trade Marks Act, 1999.
